The Printers Mysore has appointed Arpan Chatterjee as head of its digital business. Chatterjee joins the group as COO from The Hindu Group. The Printers Mysore publishes Deccan Herald and Prajavani (newspapers) and Sudha and Mayura (magazines). He will report to Karthik Balakrishnan, CEO, The Printers Mysore.
Balakrishnan said, “Arpan would play a pivotal role in driving the organization forward on the digital initiatives the group is undertaking. “We are looking to capitalize on our strengths as a legacy publisher to build a print and digital media business for the 21st-century media consumer. Arpan’s onboarding goes to the core of our transformation, where he will drive our digital business vision.”

In a career spanning 20 years, he has also worked with NaiDunia, Webdunia, Dice Inc, Andale Inc and The Times of India.
